All of our softeners and iron filters that we sell come with a 5 year electronic warranty on softener head and a 10 year leakage warranty on the tank. Hard water is any water supply that contains excess minerals or metals such as iron and calcium. Although hard water is generally safe, it can cause a variety of problems related to cleaning and appliance use. After installation of a softening system, you will be removing or diluting the minerals in the hard water and will benefit you by extending appliance life, faster water heating, and reduction in amount of soaps being used. With the addition of a reverse osmosis system, you will get cleaner clearer drinking water. It will also eliminate odor and taste problems. A reverse osmosis system will remove chlorine and bacterial contaminants while leaving healthy mineral deposits that balance the PH level. You will also be helping the environment by eliminating plastic bottles of water.
